Meals On Wheels
Mad River Seniors manages the Mad River Valley's vital Meals on Wheels program. Homemade (and dietician-approved) meals are prepared each morning, packaged, and delivered free of charge to neighbors who are homebound or unable to prepare nutritious meals. Many local volunteers contribute to the food preparation and delivery process every weekday. (See MOW tab for monthly schedule of meals.)
If you or a senior you know is interested in receiving Meals on Wheels, please call the Central Vermont Council on Aging's (CVCOA) Help Line: 802-477-1364. They will help determine if you qualify for this free service and refer you to our Meals on Wheels coordinator.

Free Wheelin'
Free Wheelin' is a free transportation service serving Mad River Valley seniors and non-seniors who are unable to drive or don't have access to transportation.
