Mad River Seniors Program Manager

As the Program Manager for an active, local nonprofit organization serving seniors in the Mad River Valley, you will support the Board of Directors in building a vibrant community resource dedicated to the health and wellbeing of constituents.
This is a 16-hour per week role that reports to the President of the Board of Directors. Pay is commensurate with experience. Work location is flexible; all records, supplies, and equipment are housed at Evergreen Place in Waitsfield.
Responsibilities

Support the group’s day-to-day administrative and program needs

Maintain efficient communication flow for the organization and constituents

Support the Board in expanding annual fundraising
-
Provide logistical support for annual fundraisers already in place
-
Help expand the organization’s ability to offer wellness activities and services
-
Collect data and submit accurate reports to our area Agency on Aging
-
Maintain records of donors; send thank you letters
-
Organize programming for weekly senior luncheons
-
Publish a monthly newsletter for seniors
-
Keep a master calendar of events
-
Publicize activities by submitting event details to the local newspaper, Front Porch Forum, and our website

Connect with the senior community
